About me

I am Gergely Urbán, the creator and perfumer of Urban Parfum, and I have been a tattoo artist for 18 years.

Creativity has always been a part of my life, whether it's through tattooing, perfume creation, or any other form of artistic expression. I have long been fascinated by the world of scents—whether in perfumes or the pure, fresh aromas of nature.

About three years ago, I became deeply involved in the art of perfumery when perfumer Zsófia Pintér took me under her wing and set me on this path. As a tattoo artist and fragrance enthusiast, I was always drawn to the idea of capturing emotions and stories in a different form. For years, I collected perfumes and developed an eye for different scent qualities. Over time, I discovered how incredibly complex and inspiring the world of perfumery truly is.

I believe that a fragrance can tell a story. With each perfume I create, I share a piece of myself. I have carefully selected my ingredients and bottled them in the highest possible quality—so there is no need for compromise.
